Associate Experience Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of GEO and SEO projects across multiple clients and markets
• Translate strategic direction into actionable execution plans while ensuring high-quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients to build strong relationships and drive satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive commercial growth within existing accounts
• Collaborate with media, CXM, and analytics teams to ensure integrated performance outcomes
• Manage and mentor managers, executives, and specialists to support team development
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data and insights
• Support new business pitches with insights, case studies, and proposed strategic approaches

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or integrated performance marketing
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and authority strategies in enterprise environments
• Proven track record in senior client management and driving long-term account growth
• Experience in people leadership, including managing managers and providing structured mentoring
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
• Practical awareness of AI-driven search changes, including AI Overviews and LLM-driven discovery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and LLM-specific audits
• Knowledge of advanced AI-search measurement frameworks and visibility metrics
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted content workflows and automation tools
