Associate, Event Production

Responsibilities

• Serve as the real-time point of contact during live Remote Roundtables, Teleconferences, and Webcasts
• Act as production host on virtual events, managing attendees, speaker hand-offs, and technical operations
• Manage a shared inbox for live client RSVPs, dial-in requests, and technical troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot platform issues including audio, video, connectivity, and access links
• Perform accurate data entry for event setup, attendee records, and speaker details
• Conduct post-event quality checks on attendance data, recordings, and transcripts
• Maintain and improve internal runbooks and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or certification in a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, operations, event support, or customer service role
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work shift hours aligning with AMER and/or EMEA schedules
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and organized during high-pressure live events

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting virtual events, webinars, or live broadcasts
• Exposure to Zoom Webinars, GlobalMeet, Twilio, or Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Experience working across time zones with global teams
