Associate Event Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of production including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution
• Create production timelines and ensure teams adhere to schedules
• Collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive event execution
• Optimize production costs, processes, and manage third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates
• Secure event permits and meet insurance requirements
• Conduct venue research and booking
• Handle administrative duties such as expense reports and contract coordination with the legal department
• Perform domestic and international travel as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Fluency in German and English
• Proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of technical production requirements and fabrication processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong network of vendors and venues

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram
• Additional language skills
