About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage technical and administrative processes including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up
- Assess technical riders and propose modifications in line with budgetary targets
- Build and maintain production budgets throughout all stages of production
- Monitor local operational spends and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage invoices and close event P&Ls
- Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers
- Develop long-term deals with national scope to facilitate geographical expansion
- Research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the event production industry
- Native or fluent level of German
- Strong English proficiency
- Proven track record in live event or theatrical productions
- Strong network of vendors and venues
- Understanding of technical production requirements and permitting processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
