Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and dispositive motions
• Assist with complex client and opposing counsel management and communication
• Participate in depositions and court appearances
• Support the Environmental practice group in a collaborative team environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Experience working in a large law firm
• Proven ability to draft pleadings and dispositive motions
• Experience with depositions and court appearances
• Superior research and persuasive writing ability
• Strong analytical and communication skills
