About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor data risk and vulnerabilities using telemetry and conduct platform health checks to track improvements.
- Plan and facilitate success sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align product adoption with business outcomes.
- Manage churn risk by building proactive protection plans and recommending alternative product configurations.
- Identify and articulate expansion opportunities by reviewing consumption trends and converting signals into qualified opportunities.
- Connect adoption recommendations across the Veeam portfolio, including Veeam Data Cloud and Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Capture and synthesize customer feedback from exit interviews to improve scaled journeys and program playbooks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Engineers to execute scaled campaigns that increase utilization and customer health.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success operations or Program Management, ideally within data protection or cyber-resilience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with digital Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Working knowledge of Veeam offerings, specifically Veeam Data Cloud and related backup/recovery solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret telemetry, health scores, and consumption data.
- Proven experience facilitating QBRs and building ROI narratives for customers.
