Associate, Engineering Culture Events and Publicity Champion

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering culture through the planning and execution of internal events, celebrations, and recognition milestones.
• Act as an internal content creator by scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content for internal and external social media.
• Design and ideate engaging events to boost morale, team spirit, and employee engagement within the Technology division.
• Manage event logistics, including organizing food, drinks, entertainment, and venues for multiple functions.
• Capture and post-process event photography for distribution via internal communication channels.
• Partner with HR and leadership to maximize publicity for internal reward systems and recognition programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional work experience, preferably within the banking or technology sectors.
• University or art school degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for content creation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• An active social media presence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working specifically as a content creator.
• Project management qualification (such as PMP) or progress toward certification.
