About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and sustain service documentation, manuals, and technical drawings for Vertiv products
- Author technical articles and troubleshoot content-related scripting errors on the knowledge platform
- Convert 3D models to 2D drawings using CAD and create Augmented Reality videos for training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and assembly drawings
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Precision Cooling Systems
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and version control
- Familiarity with SQL and structured documentation assembly
