Associate Engineer, ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM and Asset Management
• Configure and enhance core ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, and request management
• Design and implement Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions and end-to-end Field Service Management solutions
• Build and maintain Service Catalog content and develop self-service experiences on Service Portal
• Automate processes with Flow Designer and orchestrate cross-system integration through Integration Hub
• Design and build custom scoped applications on the Now Platform / App Engine
• Develop server-side logic, Script Includes, and build/consume REST and SOAP web services
• Deliver ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) across the full lifecycle
• Own release management across instances including update sets, instance cloning, and upgrades
• Perform core platform administration including users, groups, roles, and ACLs

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, architecture, and delivery
• Certified ServiceNow professional: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM
• Practical experience configuring FSM for dispatching and scheduling
• Strong server-side and integration development skills (Script Includes, Business Rules, GlideRecord, REST/SOAP)
• Experience designing Virtual Agent conversational flows and applying AI/Now Assist
• Expertise in ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB design
• Proficiency in building Service Catalog content and Service Portal experiences
• Demonstrated experience developing custom scoped applications on App Engine
• Experience with MID Server setup and platform upgrade/patch cycles
• Solid Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
