Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg.)

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing support and sustaining operations to ensure smooth production processes
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives, including yield improvements and test time reductions
• Handle material disposition and perform manufacturing control hit validation
• Monitor and enhance product performance through data collection and analysis
• Support new product releases by coordinating with cross-functional manufacturing and quality teams
• Provide failure analysis support by investigating and resolving technical issues promptly

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in compiling, assimilating, and organizing printed and electronic information
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when provided guidance
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to meet operational needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor test and/or bench equipment
