Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg.)

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the qualification of backend test facilities for product transfers
• Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Perform receiving site capability assessments, including equipment readiness and process alignment
• Analyze qualification data results with high attention to detail to identify risks and gaps
• Support or perform actual test setups and product handling using various ATE (Automated Test Equipment) platforms
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams including Product, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality
• Support software debugging using programming knowledge and apply circuit analysis for troubleshooting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Semiconductor, or a related Engineering field
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Proven problem-solving capability and high attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and operate different ATE systems and perform hands-on setup activities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor test systems, bench equipment, or backend manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of site-to-site product transfer or qualification processes
• Exposure to programming languages such as Visual Basic or C for debugging
• Experience in developing automation tools, scripts, or leveraging AI-based solutions for data analysis
• Strong fundamentals in circuit analysis
