Associate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex temporary works, above and below ground in all materials
• Act as Project Lead, managing technical scope, programme, budget, and client relationships
• Provide technical assurance through design reviews and third-party assessments
• Support bid and tender activity through outline designs and feasibility studies
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers while contributing to technical standards

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer or member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. CEng MICE)
• Significant post-qualification experience
• Strong background in temporary works design and checking
• Extensive experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Commercial awareness regarding bids, fees, and budget management
