Associate Engineer IT ETD Site Support

Responsibilities

• Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and hardware
• Provide 24/7 on-call support in rotational shifts
• Ensure SLA compliance for all tickets and follow up on escalated issues
• Provide technology direction across Linux and Windows hosts in Lab, Data Center, and Cloud environments
• Monitor system performance metrics and review system logs to prevent downtime
• Manage incident and problem resolution processes
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and implement scalable technologies
• Support continuous improvement plans for solution and operational health

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in IT operations and site support
• BTech or MCA degree
• Proficiency with Ansible, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Experience with Virtual Machines, Containers, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Ability to work rotational shifts for 24/7 support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RH Satellite and Zabbix
• Knowledge of operations monitoring and alerting utilities
