Associate Engineer Fluid Dynamics

Responsibilities

• Perform CFD analysis at both system and component levels using various simulation software.
• Prepare analysis models, conduct model checks, and create parametric models using available CAD packages.
• Perform sensitivity analysis and generate CFD meshes for steady and transient flow/thermal analysis.
• Analyze simulation results and prepare clear, detailed technical reports.
• Utilize analytical skill sets to provide design improvement recommendations for fluid flow systems.

Requirements

• ME/M.Tech in Thermal, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CFD analysis using professional software.
• Proficiency in CFD tools such as Ansys Fluent, Icepak, CFX, or similar.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, and Thermodynamics.
• Ability to use Creo/Pro-E for model checking.
• Excellent command of the English language and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cadence, Ansys Sherlock, Ansys Multiphase, or Ansys Aeroacoustics.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or AI-assisted engineering approaches.
• Knowledge of telecommunication products, data centers, refrigeration cycles, or sheet metal.
• Experience with fan operation, performance curves, flow benches, or wind tunnel operations.
