Associate Engagement and Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and build targeted outreach lists of creators and high-profile individuals
• Research and qualify potential partners by assessing audience size and fit
• Conduct initial outreach to secure introductory conversations
• Act as a key point of contact for partners during active campaigns
• Prepare briefs, follow-up communications, and campaign materials
• Support campaign execution by coordinating logistics and tracking deliverables
• Track and report on pipeline health and campaign outcomes

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with creators, talent, or high-profile individuals
• 2-5 years in a partnerships, talent, PR, or coordinator role
• Understanding of audience value and creator engagement
• Strong communication skills for interacting with high-profile partners
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Google Sheets
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
