Associate - Employment and Labor Relations

Responsibilities

• Support the Employment and Labor Relations practice group in providing comprehensive legal services to clients
• Focus on traditional management-side labor law and occupational safety and health matters
• Assist with wage and hour litigation, including collective and classic actions
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality legal documents

Requirements

• 1-4 years of legal experience
• Experience in management-side labor law
• Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations
• Experience with wage and hour litigation is a plus
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Superior verbal communication skills
• Strong academic and professional credentials
