About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Employment and Labor Relations practice group in providing comprehensive legal services to clients
- Focus on traditional management-side labor law and occupational safety and health matters
- Assist with wage and hour litigation, including collective and classic actions
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality legal documents
Requirements
- 1-4 years of legal experience
- Experience in management-side labor law
- Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations
- Experience with wage and hour litigation is a plus
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Strong academic and professional credentials
