Norm Ai, the agentic law company, has a client base with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management. Norm Ai pioneered Legal Engineering, the process that empowers lawyers to build and supervise domain-specific AI agents with Norm’s proprietary suite of no-code software tools.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings
• Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms, and generate client-facing memos
• Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties
• Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity
• Work closely with technology teams to improve deal process efficiency using AI

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-6 years of experience in Emerging Companies/Venture Capital transactions
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows

Benefits

• Base salary between $270,000 - $410,000
