Associate Editorial Director

Responsibilities

• Shape content strategy by unpacking brand needs and platform opportunities
• Define guidelines and frameworks to enable high-quality work at scale
• Oversee editorial output across multiple European markets to ensure consistency
• Act as the key link between central leadership and market teams
• Own deep platform knowledge across key social channels and emerging trends
• Oversee content calendars, publishing systems, and workflows
• Work with paid media and influencer teams to amplify content impact
• Manage client stakeholders and present strategic thinking with confidence

Requirements

• Significant experience in social or content leadership roles
• Experience in entertainment, music, or culture-led brands
• Proven ability to lead multi-market or large-scale content programmes
• Systems-oriented mindset for building scalable creative structures
• Deep understanding of social platforms, formats, and audience behaviours
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Data-informed approach to decision making
• Deeply embedded in music, podcast, and internet culture
