Associate, Driver Operations

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Driver Operations in the UAE to ensure operational excellence and alignment with global standards.
• Act as a cross-functional bridge between the local team, the UAE Driver Operations Manager, and other departments.
• Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of the UAE supply market, including local regulations and driver demographics.
• Implement proven local frameworks and best practices to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Partner with management to design, execute, and review strategic initiatives using localized data.
• Manage driver acquisition, onboarding, community building, and retention efforts.
• Ensure KPI delivery and provide accurate daily reporting.
• Conduct field engagements as needed to support driver partners.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, preferably within delivery platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment in Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Punjabi, Pashto, or Urdu languages.
• Experience working with large-scale driver networks or fleet management.
