Associate, Driver Operations

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of driver acquisition processes in close collaboration with market launch teams
• Build and retain a high-activity driver community to ensure consistent service levels
• Increase brand awareness by driving growth in the number of branded vehicles on the road
• Report daily to functional departments in Hong Kong with high integrity
• Align with local teams to execute new initiatives effectively
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing capacity
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Strong spreadsheet proficiency and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to champion new processes from planning to completion
