Associate Drainage Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform spread calculations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and drainage design under the supervision of a licensed engineer
• Conduct drainage tabulation analysis and drainage map delineation to create plans for GDOT and other clients
• Prepare engineering reports and contract documents for professional review
• Propose innovative solutions to design problems and present proposed solutions in internal project meetings
• Manage the timely completion of multiple assigned tasks and coordinate with internal design groups
• Assist with Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) processes for various projects
• Maintain personal career development by seeking feedback and pursuing new skill sets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0-3 years of relevant engineering experience
