Associate - Domestic Relations

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including separation agreements, custody, and pre/postnuptial agreements
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, status conferences, and mediations
• Assist partners with legal research, case preparation, and expert witness management
• Manage day-to-day client contact and provide ongoing support
• Work directly with support staff and delegate tasks and assignments appropriately

Requirements

• 3-5 years of domestic relations experience
• 3 years of litigation experience
• 1+ years of family law experience
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and exemplary client service skills
