Associate Dispenser

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout their journey, from initial consultation and pre-testing to final selection
• Customize luxury eyewear frames from high-fashion brands to suit individual customer lifestyles
• Provide high-quality customer service and expert product knowledge
• Support the team in maintaining a premium retail environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Ability to learn new processes and technical information quickly
• Optical experience is preferred but not essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with luxury or high-fashion brands
• Background in healthcare or ophthalmic retail
