Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout their vision journey, from initial consultation and pre-testing to final selection
• Help customers customize high-fashion frames from luxury brands like Chanel, Tiffany & Co., and Gucci to suit their lifestyle
• Provide high-quality customer service and expert guidance on eyewear selection

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers
• Ability to learn new processes and product knowledge quickly
• A passion for helping others and providing exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an optical or healthcare retail setting
