Associate Director/SSE/Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams to gather and implement requirements
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and best practices
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless deployments
• Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, or Python
• Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Exposure to agile development methodologies
