Associate Director/Senior Vice President, Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship owner for WLB bondholders and prospective Orange Climate Fund LPs
• Design and own the investor relationship architecture, including reporting cadences and contact mapping
• Manage investor queries, annual reviews, and due diligence processes
• Own and produce all periodic investor reporting, including financial performance, impact metrics, and ESG data
• Architect the full investor reporting framework for the Orange Climate Fund
• Lead the preparation of investor-facing materials such as pitch decks, DDQ responses, and presentations
• Maintain and govern the investors' data room to ensure accuracy and version control
• Monitor sustainable finance reporting standards like SFDR, TCFD, and GRI
• Act as the bridge between the investment/credit teams and the LP base

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in investor relations, fund client management, or institutional investor servicing
• Experience in private credit, blended finance, impact debt, or sustainable fixed income
• Proven track record managing DFIs, foundations, family offices, or sovereign wealth funds
• Experience leading fundraising processes and first-close execution
• Mastery of fund IR mechanics including NAV reporting and covenant monitoring
• Strong command of impact measurement frameworks and sustainable finance standards
• Experience working with investors across Asia and/or Africa
• CFA, CAIA, or MBA strongly preferred
