Associate Director/Project Director, Project Management - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to ensure delivery in line with quality, cost, schedule, safety, and environmental requirements
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including master programmes, manpower, materials, and equipment schedules
• Manage change control processes and monitor project risks
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders
• Serve as the primary interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages
• Monitor and advise on project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and client invoicing
• Prepare and present formal project progress reports and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction project management
• At least 2 years of experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment, specifically in high-tech and data center projects
• Demonstrated success in data centers, life sciences, or industrial manufacturing sectors
• Fluency in both English and Korean
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
