Associate Director/Project Director - Corporate Occupier

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes
• Manage project review, reporting mechanisms, financial management, change control, and quality reporting
• Lead the preparation and negotiation of AFL agreements
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve client problems through interviews, workshops, and document reviews
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and internal business stakeholders
• Assist in business development, including proposal development and thought leadership
• Collaborate across service lines to identify cross-sell opportunities and add client value

Requirements

• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
• Strong corporate office capability and experience
• Proven team leadership and client management capability
• Experience working with leading consultancies
• Strong stakeholder and construction management experience
• Experience leading teams on schemes exceeding 50,000 sqft
• Existing relationships within the Sydney occupier market
