Associate Director/Director | Valuation & Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee valuation assignments, feasibility studies, and consulting projects
• Support the development of valuation services and contribute to fee generation
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development
• Manage client communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with senior management on project planning and execution
• Promote cross-functional services within Colliers
• Travel frequently between Hong Kong and China

Requirements

• University degree in a real estate related program
• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Strong industry network in Hong Kong/China
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong report writing and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CIREA qualification
• Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division)
