Associate Director/Director | Tenant Representation

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate business development activities for existing and new clients
• Assist Department Head with business plan design and implementation
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key clients
• Create marketing materials, client lists, and strategic proposals
• Build and maintain an accurate client database
• Manage property transactions and coordinate with internal and external parties
• Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients

Requirements

• At least ten years of commercial real estate and leasing experience
• Experience within the Taiwan market preferred
• Must hold relevant Real Estate Licenses for the Taiwan market
• Proven track record working with multi-national corporations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
