Associate Director/Director, Program Management, Pre-Clinical Programs

Responsibilities

• Develop program plans and drive execution of the Integrated Development Plan (IDP)
• Partner with functional leaders to define critical path activities and program milestones
• Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, and commercial teams to deliver milestones
• Manage cross-functional team meetings, agendas, and action items
• Proactively identify program risks and develop data-driven mitigation strategies
• Maintain program dashboards to monitor and assess performance metrics
• Support budget processes by partnering with finance and functional leads
• Champion program management best practices across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of biopharma industry experience in cross-functional program management
• Proven track record of managing pre-clinical stage programs
• Understanding of the drug development process from IND/CTA to registration
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as PhD, PharmD, or MBA
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
