Associate Director/Director, Patient Service Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the oversight of patient service analytics initiatives in alignment with organizational priorities and patient access objectives
• Collaborate with Market Access Data Science to ensure a complete Market Access data infrastructure and support industry leading data visualization
• Inform leadership of analytic insights related to patient services and access outcomes to drive strategic and operational decision-making
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant collection, analysis, and dissemination of patient services and field access data
• Oversee high-impact ad hoc analytic requests for executive-ready outputs
• Partner with Market Access, Field Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support access initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate patient service programs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Recommend opportunities for process and business rule optimization using data-driven insights
• Evaluate program effectiveness through KPI development and performance tracking
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to analytic resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical patient services, market access, commercial operations, or access-related analytics
• Experience with retail pharmacy products and associated patient service tactics
• Demonstrated experience leading analytics for patient support programs or field access functions
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical patient services and field access landscape
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment impacting patient services
