Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with IIX's mission and growth objectives
• Lead and inspire a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Drive brand development initiatives to enhance IIX's reputation as a global leader in impact investing
• Act as a primary liaison with senior management to align marketing efforts with organizational goals
• Oversee the planning, executing, and evaluating of strategic events, conferences, and webinars
• Manage executive thought leadership and social media presence for the C-suite to position leadership as authoritative voices
• Manage marketing budgets and external partners with strong financial discipline

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in marketing
• At least 10+ years in a management or head capacity overseeing diverse teams and multi-country activities
• Proven experience in leading high-performing marketing teams
• Strong strategic thinking and integrated marketing planning skills
• Demonstrated success in large-scale event management
• Excellent storytelling and media relations capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with investors, partners, and media
