Associate Director/Director - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Electrical and ELV (Extra Low Voltage)/Weak Current systems for Building, Hospitality, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
• Supervise and mentor the Electrical Engineering team to implement project objectives and departmental programs.
• Ensure all project designs and studies meet prescribed international standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and liaise with local supply authorities for necessary approvals.
• Manage project outputs, maintain drawing records in accordance with QA procedures, and provide regular status reports to management.
• Utilize electrical software and 3D modeling to develop comprehensive system designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, PowerCad-5, AGI, and Dialux.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning, Power, Security, and Data Layouts, including Schematic Design and Single Lines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license.
