The company uses an AI-enabled advanced genetic analytics platform to super-charge drug discovery and help people understand personal risk of chronic diseases.
Responsibilities
- Drive significant new commercial opportunities across pharma and biotech
- Build multi-stakeholder relationships at senior and executive levels
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from initial conversation to contract close
- Position the Mystra SaaS platform as a strategic scientific partner to clients
- Provide strategic market intelligence to influence go-to-market approaches
- Maintain high standards for pipeline discipline and forecasting
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence Product, Science, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Substantial track record of senior-level SaaS, digital health, or enterprise technology sales into pharma or biotech
- Proven success closing complex, high-value deals
- Deep experience engaging with R&D and research departments in major pharmaceutical companies
- Strong working knowledge of genetics or genomics
- Ability to navigate senior scientific and commercial stakeholders
- Degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or business field
