Associate Director/Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow sales revenue across target accounts
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
• Lead consultative sales conversations with clients and prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
• Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored learning solutions
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Proven success in a consultative B2B sales role
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple sales opportunities
• Ability to travel approximately 20% to 40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, training, education, or professional services
• Knowledge of the US financial markets industry
• Experience selling talent, learning, or professional development solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a small, agile team environment
