Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting advice to multinational companies regarding global retirement, benefits, and compensation issues.
• Coordinate and manage multi-country projects, including annual global actuarial coordination projects.
• Serve as the primary project manager and daily communication liaison for clients, managing expectations and deliverables.
• Prepare statements of work, project plans, and budgets involving multiple international workflow streams.
• Perform technical and editorial reviews of work products, including actuarial valuations and accounting results.
• Contribute to the development of new intellectual capital, tools, and approaches for the business.
• Mentor project team associates and support the generation of new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in International Benefits Consulting.
• Proven experience delivering defined benefit valuation and actuarial consulting services to multinational companies.
• Proficiency in accounting standards, specifically IFRS (IAS 19) and U.S. GAAP (ASC 715, 712).
• Experience managing global HR benefit programs and multi-country projects.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Notes.
