About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Comms Design, Analytics, CAM, and Strategy to ensure alignment with client KPIs
- Direct communication with clients for marketplace intelligence, negotiation, and video partnership needs
- Identify synergistic and targeted opportunities to drive client business
- Manage cross-craft and partnership deliverables and expectations
- Establish and maintain mid-level partner relationships
- Accountable for video plan output timeliness, accuracy, and excellence
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of the team
- Develop processes for superior stewardship, optimization, and post-analysis
- Prepare and deliver proposals and support new business pitches
Requirements
- National broadcast media buying experience
- Demonstrated technical and negotiating skills
- Understanding of marketing, advertising, and media data sources
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of buying, planning, client presentation, and reporting
- Project management experience with ability to drive projects from conception to completion
- Proficiency in Mediabank and Prisma tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience including staff development
- Understanding of research tools
- Detailed awareness of industry trends, consumer trends, and competition
