Associate Director, Video Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Comms Design, Analytics and Client Advice and Management to ensure alignment with client KPIs
• Identify synergistic and targeted opportunities for clients to drive business
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and excellence of video plan output
• Plan, direct, and supervise team work activities and handle personnel requirements including training
• Develop processes for superior stewardship, optimization, and post-analysis
• Prepare and deliver proposals to various audiences
• Provide partnership support for New Business pitches and cost exercises
• Support MAGNA aggregate negotiations across appropriate channels

Requirements

• National broadcast media buying experience
• Demonstrated technical and negotiating skills
• Understanding of marketing, advertising, and media data sources
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Knowledge of buying, planning, client presentation, and reporting
• Proficiency in media systems, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with research tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
