Associate Director, Valuation and Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Lead property valuations and produce thorough, high-quality reports
• Conduct market research to provide expert consulting and solutions to clients
• Foster and manage strategic client relationships to drive business growth
• Partner with management to develop and execute strategic growth plans for the local market
• Promote and advocate the Colliers brand through superior customer service
• Collaborate with peers and external partners to expand business presence

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience in commercial real estate
• MAI designation
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• ASA, CRE, or RICS designations
• Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise
