Associate Director, US Securitization Banking

Responsibilities

• Spearhead term ABS lead role engagements by working with issuers, deal counsels, rating agencies, and syndicate teams to execute transactions
• Manage the full lifecycle of securitization financing transactions, including drafting credit applications and reviewing critical transaction documents
• Coordinate activities with mid-office and back-office teams regarding transaction closings and UCC expirations
• Assist in negotiating terms and documentation with borrowers and other financial institutions
• Maintain the existing portfolio by drafting annual reviews and handling requests for waivers, amendments, and restructurings
• Monitor asset performance trends by reviewing monthly servicer reports
• Work with junior team members to prepare pitch books and marketing presentations

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of securitization fundamentals, specifically with experience in esoteric ABS
• Professional banking experience within a Structured Finance or related environment
• Degree in Business or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus)
• Strong experience in credit analysis and familiarity with legal document review
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of Series 63 and Series 79 licenses
