About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner to consumer brands, translating brand strategy and media priorities into actionable analytics plans.
- Design and interpret insights for the DTC/P ecosystem to support AI-mediated engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Partner with Brand, Media, and Digital teams to define KPIs, audience priorities, and measurement frameworks for consumer campaigns.
- Develop and scale consumer analytics capabilities, including audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and media attribution.
- Execute analyses of large healthcare and media datasets to provide clear recommendations for commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Data Science and technical partners on model development, test/control construction, and validation of analytical outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial brand and/or media analytics, or equivalent consulting experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Demonstrated experience working with 1st and 3rd party consumer data sources (e.g., CRM, CTV/OLV, Search, Social).
- Strong foundation in statistical methods, experimental design (A/B testing), and causal inference methods.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's, MBA, or PhD in a quantitative field or advanced certification in data science/machine learning.
- Experience working as a media analyst at a marketing or media agency.
- Deep expertise in multi-touch attribution modeling, specifically for pharmaceutical brands.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, or Komodo.
- Proficiency with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
