Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership on digital transformation, financial systems, and process optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
• Drive finance technology modernization by assessing and implementing ERP, EPM, and automation tools.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives.
• Facilitate integration between finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless technology adoption.
• Develop strategies for finance analytics, process automation, and AI-driven insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, technology advisory, or digital finance consulting.
• Proven expertise in managing CFO-led initiatives and engaging senior finance executives.
• Strong understanding of the full system implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, and deployment).
• Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream), or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with mid-market systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Professional background in finance or accounting.
