Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Solution Architect and SME to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data analytics systems.
• Develop and maintain data warehouses that consolidate data from multiple sources while optimizing storage and retrieval.
• Implement ETL processes and design automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Integrate disparate data sources including databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Utilize visualization tools like Power BI to create dashboards and translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to document processes and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Current experience working with a Big 4 firm.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft data and analytics stack, including Azure, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Demonstrated Go to Market experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies.
• Experience with other visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
