Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues and conduct research to prepare technical memos
• Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
• Lead project management efforts and oversee the implementation of new accounting standards
• Assist clients with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and disclosure support
• Review and analyze client financial information to provide recommendations for improvement
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members within the ARC team
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development
• Stay updated on developments in accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
• Deep expertise in the Financial Services (FS) domain
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP, and Ind AS
• Proven experience with GAAP Conversion and accounting policy support
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
