Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within large-scale finance and digital transformation programs, including operating model design and process optimization (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash).
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders, translating transformation strategy into actionable delivery.
• Drive the adoption of automation, analytics, and innovative methods to improve process efficiency and business insight.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment.
• Mentor and coach Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates to develop delivery talent.
• Collaborate with leadership on proposals, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting experience, with significant expertise in finance transformation and digital enablement.
• Proven track record of delivering projects that combine process redesign, change management, and data analytics.
• Experience working across multiple ERP and finance technology platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, D365, Intacct).
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and coordinating multi-stream project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in SaaS, biotech, manufacturing, or other innovation-driven sectors.
• Familiarity with global delivery models and managing distributed teams.
• Experience applying analytics for finance operations improvement, KPI tracking, and performance management.
