Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Engagement Manager to manage client expectations and deliver complex NetSuite transformation projects.
• Act as a Solution Architect to identify customer challenges, design future-state solutions, and oversee engagement teams.
• Lead the sales cycle by conducting discovery discussions, responding to RFPs, crafting solution proposals, and providing project estimates.
• Manage project administration, including financials, resource management, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Architect and oversee NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Map core financial processes such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, and Supply Chain.
• Configure and customize NetSuite using SuiteFlow, saved searches, and reports to enhance functionality.
• Mentor junior resources and assist with NetSuite Practice and Business Development activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and consulting, specifically focusing on financial modules.
• 4+ years of experience in business development and pre-sales activities, including creating SOWs and proposals.
• NetSuite Certification is required (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configurations, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Proven experience in business process mapping and data migration oversight.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or a formal finance background.
• Experience with SuiteScript, integrations, or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies using tools like JIRA or Asana.
• Experience writing technical deliverables such as BRDs, TDDs, and SOPs.
