Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact technical accounting engagements, providing expert guidance on US GAAP standards including ASC 606, 842, 805, 480, and 815.
• Oversee global delivery operations by optimizing collaboration with offshore teams and ensuring quality through strong SLAs and performance metrics.
• Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Advise on financial reporting and complex transactions, including M&A, restructuring, and SEC-compliant financial statements.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management by designing and evaluating ICFR frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional global teams to cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting with a strong specialization in US GAAP advisory.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior management role.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing global teams and navigating cross-border collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional professional certifications such as CFA, CIA, or CISA.
• Experience in business development and driving growth within a consulting environment.
