Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary data team to deliver high-quality analytics and cost management solutions
• Direct the development of dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to track project performance and KPIs
• Extract and analyze actionable insights from large datasets using SQL
• Oversee data workflows including migration, cleaning, and modeling using Python, R, and Advanced Excel
• Manage project cost dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into budgets and financials
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to represent data and cost management functions
• Utilize cloud platforms including BigQuery, AWS, and Azure to manage scalable data environments
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and performance reviews for the data team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• 6 years of experience in data analytics or a related occupation
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Expertise in Advanced Excel (Power Query, Macros, VBA)
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or BigQuery)
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS) and marketing analytics (Google Analytics)
