Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Support team leadership in NSW advisory, providing technical consulting and advisory knowledge
• Build, maintain, and win a pipeline of planned advisory and consulting services
• Act as day-to-day management consultant to ensure client objectives, time, and cost targets are met
• Produce clear, concise, and persuasive client-facing reports and deliverables
• Support the management and growth of the advisory/consulting team in NSW and Australia/New Zealand
• Lead complex organisational transformations using strategic vision and change management
• Deploy techniques such as process re-engineering, visual analytics, and stakeholder management to improve client operations
• Develop key client data insight and visualisation reports
• Develop program and portfolio management systems to improve delivery reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of consulting and advisory experience
• University degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Economics
• Experience in delivering capital projects, programs, and/or portfolios
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
• Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
